WINES

Most of our wines are estate grown (Windhorn & Quartz Creek).
A few are locally sourced from nearby vineyards in Loudoun County.
They are primarily vinifera with a few hybrids as well.

Whites

Chardonnay

Dry, stainless steel fermented and partial neutral barrel aged.   Stirred – lees for extra flavor.  Peaches and cream.  Citrus, crisp acidity. 

petit manseng

Dry stainless steel fermented and aged.  Moderate acidity.  Tropical fruit (pineapple), citrus (grapefruit), Full bodied and smooth.   (Sold Out)

rosé

Blend of Chambourcin and Cabernet Sauvignon picked early for Rosé.  Bright red fruit with earth notes.  Crisp acidity.  Refreshing.

Vidal blanc

Stainless steel fermented and aged.  Citrus, peach and herbs.   Crisp acidity.  Typical Vidal profile.

Reds

cabernet franc

Bin fermented and barrel aged in American Oak.  Dark fruit (blackberry, black raspberry), vanilla, savory & spicy notes.

Chambourcin

Bin fermented and barrel aged in American Oak. Red cherry, cream, vanilla, soft red fruit, smooth.

Merlot

Bin fermented and barrel aged. Dark cherry, vanilla , soft and smooth with spice notes.

Petit verdot

Bin fermented and barrel aged in American Oak.  Dark purple color.  Floral (violets), dark fruit, tar.  Full bodied, tannic, bold & chewy.   Big age-able wine .

Late Harvest Vidal

Picked in early December and fermented by Christmas Day. Golden color. Complex floral perfumed bouquet. Rich luscious, sweet nectar. Smooth and sweet.
